Having 29 years of professional land experience in oil and gas exploration, right-of-way and contracts, Randy provides the basis of leadership for the organization. Since founding MARTEC in January of 1993, Randy has continually, yet carefully added other key experienced personnel who share his desire for excellence and concern for reputation.

Jon J. Dunaske
Land Manager

With over 25 years of well-rounded experience in all facets of oil and gas land work, geophysical permitting and metallic mineral title and acquisition, Jon is responsible for the overall day-to-day coordination and management of MARTEC’s various projects. Jon currently serves on the board of directors of the Michigan Association of Professional Landmen.

Rhonda L. Casier, Esq.
Title & Abstracting Manager

Rhonda began her career in oil and gas land work in 1973. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and has had experience working for a major oil company as well as independents. Her strong legal and title background is a key asset to MARTEC’s management team.

Gina M. Esch
Accounting Manager

Gina has worked in oil and gas accounting for nearly 25 years, with experience in payables, receivables, joint interest billing, revenue distribution, payroll, 1099 distribution and invoicing. Gina is currently responsible for all aspects of MARTEC’s accounting functions.
